Chapman Consulting, Inc. (CCI) is a full-service engineering and project management consulting firm serving all sectors of the petroleum industry. We provide pipeline, process piping, instrumentation, structural, electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, and drafting. Being located in Lafayette, Louisiana, provides us with a central location to serve the southeastern United States, as well as the ability to mobilize to points beyond.
Chapman Consulting, Inc. was established in 1989 by Miriam and Randy Chapman. We have a 35-year track record of quality service and integrity in project development, operations support, and maintenance construction. We employ well experienced, organized, and safety minded professionals. With an emphasis on field experience, our engineers and project managers make practical design and construction decisions that result in effective solutions. Our onsite field supervision, advisors and representatives come with extensive professional experience from a variety of trades and industries. We realize the importance of seeking input from field and operations personnel and strive to actively involve them in the work process. A coordinated team effort of all involved is essential to good results.

Founder & CEO
Miriam was a co-founder of Chapman Consulting, Inc. when it was founded in 1989. She provided financial and accounting services, sales and good business management. Miriam now serves as the Chief Executive Officer for CCI, where she monitors day to day operations.

COO & Business Development
Logan is Chief Operating Officer and also leads Business Development. As a US Army veteran, he utilizes his communication and leadership skills to develop professional relationships and helps CCI strategically broaden our horizons.
BRYAN LEE
President
Bryan has 18 years of experience with design, planning and execution of complex construction and repair projects. He also serves as CCI’s Senior Technical Advisor, where he is a training mentor and project consultant.

PATRICK HARRIS, P.E.
VP of Engineering
Patrick has 20 years of experience in oil and gas as well as petrochemical plant work. He is licensed as a professional engineer in 15 states. Patrick serves as engineering manager for CCI. He manages engineering resources, staffing and assures compliance in fact and in spirit with Professional Engineering technical and ethical requirements.

Richard Guillory
VP of Operations
Richard has 19 years of experience in operations management with the vast majority of it in oil and gas. As the VP of Operations, he specializes in planning as well as leading high-profile projects.

STACEY BUCHER
Administrative Services Manager
Stacey has 15 years of business administration experience. She serves as CCI's Administrative Services Manager and is responsible for general office administration, human resources, accounts receivable, project cost tracking, and SEMS compliance.

Jeffrey Gore
Drafting Manager
Jeff has 40 years of drafting experience and served in the US Armed Services for over 20 years where he retired from the Louisiana National Guard as a Sergeant Major. As the Drafting manager, Jeff leads his team in the development of technical drawing deliverables.
RANDY CHAPMAN, P.E.
Founder & Senior Technical Advisor
Randy was a co-founder of Chapman Consulting, Inc. when it was founded in 1989. He has over 50 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and is licensed as a professional engineer in 6 states. Though mostly retired, he still serves as Senior Technical Advisor.
